Orcas Choral Society joins the island musical community in lamenting the loss of Jim Shaffer-Bauck. Jim sang tenor with OCS for more than 30 years. He also directed at need, played any form of percussion, and was just part of us. Jim sang our May concert of Rutter works. He passed August 22. We will miss him greatly.
